If needed, we can provide an installation service for any of our products. We can also set up service-level agreements for larger projects that require maintenance contracts.

Content Creation & Management
You can either choose to create and manage the screen content yourself or why not let us assist you, as we can create or use supplied assets to design and schedule digital playlists (incorporating text, images and videos) leaving you the time to focus on your business

Extended warranty
All our LCD and DV-LED commercial displays come with a free 3-year commercial warranty as standard but if you want to extend this you can upgrade this to cover a 5-year period at the point of purchase. The extended warranty may exclude some products.

Training
Links to training tutorials are supplied free of charge when you purchase your digital displays and we also provide a short training course (up to 30 minutes) if installing your screens. Site visits can be arranged to deliver bespoke training for our software and hardware or we can schedule online training (additional charges may apply)

Replacements
Should your display suffer from a hardware failure during the warranty period, we will arrange for your old display to be collected, free of charge and send you a replacement (depending on stock availability). UK mainland warranty only.

Custom Product Testing
If you need us to test third party software or a website, or configure your screen in a particular way before it is dispatched (e.g. in a particular orientation or network mode), we can do so to make your life easier.

3D rendering
Want to know what your screen will look like once installed? Send us a photo of the location and we will create a 3D rendering of your screen in situ to help you visualise how amazing it will look

Delivery
Our warehouse holds more stock than any other manufacturer, so we can help you meet tight deadlines. Standard delivery times are 3-4 working days. For last minute orders we can also offer express delivery options.
